SAN PABLO, Brasil, 27/02/2012.
On February 13, 2012, the Municipal Chamber of Taquaritinga, Sao Paolo, approved a project called “Saint Pedro Poveda,” which is a square located in “Jardim Maria Luiza,” where a church and an Evangelization Center bearing the name of the founder of the Teresian Association will be built.

At that time, the priest informed that on January 25, 2012, the Diocesan Bishop created the new Parish Sagrada Familia de Nazaré from the one of Santa Luzia de Taquaritinga. Thus, the community of Saint Pedro Poveda will belong to the new parish.

The accompanying photos are from the celebration of the Feast of Saint Pedro Poveda in this community.
