HOLGUÍN, Cuba.
After three years of study, on February 18, the graduation of 16 participants in the Second Course on Theological Biblical Formation took place in Holguin. The course was taught by Carmen Aparicio Valls, Theology Professor at the Pontifical Gregorian University of Rome, with the support of Araceli Cantero in matters of spiritual integration. The course has received academic support from members of the Teresian Association and logistic support from San Arnoldo Janssen Center for the Formation of the Laity of the Diocese of Holguín, which was the location for the face-to-face meetings and the graduation ceremony.

On January 30th, at Our Lady of Africa School, Malabo, the Day of Non-violence and Peace was celebrated with various actions. This celebration is observed since 1964 on the anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi, who was assassinated in 1948. UNESCO recognized it in 1993. The need to educate for tolerance, solidarity, respect for Human Rights, non-violence and peace is celebrated.

TAQUARITINGA, San Pablo State, Brasil.
And it all started with a dream. A young priest, José Adalberto Salvini, returned to Brazil after sharing the fervor and joy at the canonization of St. Pedro Poveda on May 4, 2003. He came back with a remarkable devotion and admiration for a martyr of an unparalleled charism. As the new parish priest of Santa Lucía, in Taquaritinga, a city north of the state of São Paulo, he wanted to make Poveda the patron saint of a peripheral area, which would grow rapidly and become a community. And so it happened.

The parish communities of Our Lady of the Pine and St. Agnes, both in Villaverde Alto, Madrid, agreed to show the film POVEDA. The event took place on January 15 in a room of the St. Agnes Parish. More than a hundred people arrived, surpassing the predicted expectations.

GUATEMALA, Guatemala.
"Merciful young people, like the Father" was the motto of the Teresian Association of Guatemala to convene a Youth Day on December 18, with the aim of offering young people a space for prayer, reflection and celebration, centered on the Word of God. Participating young people were also motivated to constitute a group of young people of the Teresian Association to continue their formation.
