In the exhibition hall of the Zabaleta building at the University of Jaen, from March 12 to April 19, there is an exhibition of the paintings of Magar, which is the stage name of Maria Garcia. The exhibit has been a recognition and honor by the University of Jaén.

SARPI Center, Honavar, celebrated International Women’s Day in March 2013 with some 450 women in attendance. These women come from 22 Self-Help groups which are part of SARPI’s ongoing activities and which have been formed for the purpose of empowering women.

The article describes the activities of the Rajab Project, which is directed by the Teresian Association in this city. Puri Infante, director of the program, speaks of the need to give visibility to those who "are on the street and we go by them as if they did not exist."

The morning of February 27 dawned with a cloudless blue sky above Rome. Just after 10:30, in St. Peter's Square, before a large crowd, Pope Benedict XVI delivered his last audience. An unprecedented event in the life of the Church and a lesson of Christian life: "One receives life when one gives it away." A group of the Teresian Association in Rome was present.

In the morning of February 11, the Pope announced his resignation from his Pontificate. In his own words, he is “no longer suited to an adequate exercise of the ministry." Maite Uribe, President of the Teresian Association has sent the Holy Father a telegram of thanksgiving "for his self-giving and dedication to the life of the Church." She has also invited the members of the Association to welcome such an important decision “with deep respect and affection.”

CETHA (Center for Technical, Humanistic, Agricultural Education, in Spanish) of Titikachi, is located in the highlands of Bolivia in the province of Dolls, Department of La Paz, inaugurated in late 2012 "a tinglado," which is a large roofed structure built with the generous donations from members, collaborators and friends of the Teresian Association during the celebrations of the centenary of the TA.

He is the merciful God who exalts the lowly and fills the hungry with good things, the God of tenderness and faithfulness who enters history to prepare ways of peace and justice.”
